2. Because my brain wasn't in the forecast, my AFD stunk!
3. People's lack of understanding me
4. Small things, blowing up to be big things
5. Having to stay at work and replay the days events to upset me even more.
But:
Something that makes it all better, A kitty that loves me and gives me hugs when I get home!
